Another Save American Dragon Jake Long Chat will be happening on Friday June 12!

We're hoping to spread the word and have a large turn out of American Dragon fans everywhere. It will also be save American Dragon Jake Long on Friday June 12 so feel free to e-mail Disney executives and send out postcards and letters to Disney and let them know that American Dragon fans still haven't given up on their favorite show.

Hey All!

It has been hard going the last few days for me! We had a serious issue when the structure of the forum was nearly deleted, but thanks to the awesome people at Matthouse Hosting, and a lot of work we are now back up and running.

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!

We also have a few new things to make your lives a little easier...

I've added a "Quick Reply" option to the bottom of all threads in the forum. You can still click the reply button to be taken to the separate page which has more features, but now you don't have to!

I've also included a new "Announcements" Module at the top of the forum. This will display new and important information for you, to save you the trouble of digging through all those forums to find our Stickies. If you've listed your birthday on file with the site it will even change to show your special day to the whole community! After all, what announcement is more important than a birthday!

Lastly in the updates section, PHPBB (our fourm) has been upgraded to 3.0.4. This should provide a lot more stability for us all and make FFADJL more fun to visit!

COOL STUFF
While I was working on these updates I realized something really cool! This site has 472 members! :D That means if we all made 10 posts this forum would jump to 4,720 posts!!! Come on guys, start posting and lets show Disney that the AmDrag fans are a force to be reckoned with!

A lot of you think that I don't mistakes. Even more of you think that I think I don't make mistakes, this will prove both of those false. Unfortunately in my routine update of the forum... I goofed. It will take me a good portion of today to fix this error as I will have to re-install the board. Very little data, if any, will be lost. Please forgive me, but reconnecting the forum to the site will take work and the forum will have to remain unavailable until further notice. I will keep you posted and apologize for the inconvenience. ~Mike,

UPDATE: Tuesday, 1:03AM The forum will be down for the next hour or so as I complete my scheduled upgrade from several days ago. The rest of the site should function normally, however if you are a new user you should wait to register until I am done.

UPDATE: Sunday, 5:41AM I was unable to complete my update tonight. I will attempt the upgrade again Sunday at around 10PM EST. Sorry for confusion.

Hey all,

Mike here with a quick update on our current situation. A Save Jake Day has been planned for the 14th and 15th, with a rally at 7pm EST time, Friday November, 14th. For further instruction to the rallies, please see post below.

My apologies for taking so long to let you know, I've been very busy.

Also there is scheduled downtime for the server FFADJL runs on between 5:30 AM and 9AM EST Tomorrow Morning. This means that the websites and emails on that server will be down. There is nothing I can do about this but hopefully it will not affect anyone.
