Your English needs a little work, but it's pretty good.

I understood most of that.

As for e-mailing Jeff Goode, it's been done, but hasn't helped much. It's Disney we need to e-mail and send normal mail too.

Also, you can edit your post if you have more to say but didn't get it all in the first one.
